Terms & Conditions
These Terms are the agreement between you and Ajay E R, an independent app developer ("we", "us"), covering the Monke Reset mobile application. By downloading or using the app, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
1. Monke Reset is not medical care
Monke Reset is a self-help and habit-tracking tool. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and nothing in it is medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Its content, including any score, streak, projection, or plan, is for motivation and general information only.
Compulsive sexual behaviour can be serious. If it is harming your life, please speak to a doctor or a qualified therapist. Never disregard professional advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read in this app.
If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, stop and contact your local emergency number or a suicide-prevention helpline right now.
2. Who may use the app
You must be at least 18 years old to use Monke Reset. By using it, you confirm that you are.
3. Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own private use. You may not copy, resell, rent, sublicense, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where the law expressly permits it. You may not use the app unlawfully, interfere with it, or try to break its security or its paywall.
4. Your data lives on your phone
Monke Reset stores your streak, answers, reasons, pledge, and progress only on your device. We keep no copy and operate no server for it. This is a deliberate privacy decision, and it has a consequence you should understand before you rely on the app:
If you delete the app, reset your progress, or lose or wipe your device, your data is permanently gone. We cannot recover it for you.

5. Subscriptions
Monke Reset Pro unlocks the full app. It is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
- What you get. Monke Reset Pro, with the features described on the purchase screen at the time you buy.
- Length and price. The subscription period and the price in your local currency are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm, and are charged to your store account at confirmation.
- Automatic renewal. The subscription renews automatically for the same period at the same price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
- How to cancel. Manage or cancel at any time in your store account settings: on iOS, Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not end the period you have already paid for, and it does not refund it. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Free trials. If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple or Google, and refunds are at their discretion under their terms. We cannot issue refunds for store purchases ourselves, but write to us and we will help where we can.
- Price changes. If we change the price, the new price applies only after your store has notified you and, where required, obtained your consent. Otherwise your subscription simply stops renewing.
6. Availability and changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the app or any of its features at any time. Some features need an internet connection; your network provider's data and roaming charges are yours to pay. We are not responsible when the app cannot work because of your connection, your device, low battery, an unsupported operating system, or changes you have made to your device such as rooting or jailbreaking.
7. Intellectual property
The app, its code, design, artwork, mascot, text, and trademarks belong to us or our licensors. These Terms give you a licence to use the app and nothing more. What you write inside the app remains entirely yours; it never reaches us.
8. Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular result. Recovery depends on you, not on this app.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, for lost data, or for loss arising from third-party services, your device, or your network. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, you keep every right your local consumer law gives you, and nothing here overrides it.
10. Ending these Terms
You may stop using the app and delete it at any time. We may suspend or end your licence if you materially breach these Terms. Sections 1, 4, and 7 to 11 survive.
11. Apple and Google
These Terms are between you and us, not with Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its content and have no obligation to provide support for it. Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
12. Which law applies
We do not impose a choice of law or a foreign court on you. If you are a consumer, these Terms are governed by the mandatory consumer protection law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The current version always lives on this page with its effective date. If a change is material, we will make it clear in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
