Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to the Myself mobile application ("Application"). The Application is operated by Ajay E R ("Service Provider"). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms.
LicenseSubject to your compliance with these Terms, the Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application on a device you own or control for personal or internal business purposes.
Local-Only FunctionalityThe Application is designed to operate locally on your device. It does not require an account, does not rely on a Service Provider server, and does not make API calls to the Service Provider. You are responsible for managing your device, local data, backups, and any data you choose to export or share outside the Application.
Acceptable UseYou may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application, except to the extent such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law. You may not use the Application in a way that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of others.
Intellectual PropertyThe Application, including its code, design, names, logos, and related materials, is owned by the Service Provider or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Updates and AvailabilityThe Service Provider may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the Application at any time. Some updates may be required for compatibility, security, or continued availability through app stores or operating systems.
Third-Party ServicesApp stores, operating systems, device manufacturers, and any services you independently choose to use with exported or shared data are governed by their own terms and policies. The Service Provider is not responsible for those third-party services.
No WarrantyThe Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Application.
Consumer RightsNothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.
TerminationThese Terms remain in effect while you use the Application. You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it. The Service Provider may terminate or restrict your license if you materially breach these Terms.
Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Service Provider, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer laws in your country provide otherwise.
ChangesThe Service Provider may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating this page and the effective date above.
